As soon as u walk into this restaurant your nostrils is taken over by the invigorating smell of authentic jerk chicken on the grill!!..I had to get some of that jerk chicken & it was delicious!!.....& I found some real hibiscus juice!! …
I ordered a small curry chicken with rice and peas it was so delicious! I’m so full I have to save the rest for later, these ladies never disappoint me.
Ordered through uber eats, food was hot and fresh when delivered. They even put gravy on the rice & most places don’t unless you ask for it. Ordered both spicy and mild beef patties and they were properly marked which was helpful. Plantains were perfect.
First let me say I have had the oxtails here for a very long time and they never disappoint. Today I ordered my meal on DoorDash and due to a misunderstanding I did not recieve part of my order. I called them directly and when I have done this at other restaurants in the past they tell me there is nothing they can do and to call door dash. But when I called island p they took the blame for the misunderstanding and then went above and beyond to bring me the rest of my meal. The food was still amazing and now I can say the service is as well! They have a forever customer in me .

We're New to the area and have been looking for some GOOD curry. Ordered the Curry goat. AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Food was super fresh and SOOOO dang good. And there's a really handsome young man that greets you at the door. Y'all have new customers here!!!
Goat curry roti was really good. The meat was tender, good spice on it. Only thing is need more chickpeas. But I will be back.
Omg! This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The food is delicious. You can tell that it's prepared with so much love. Lastly, it is a family ran business. Big shot out to the ladies and gentlemen behind the counter. They are all so sweet.
